03. Delivery & Payment
Delivery Terms
We deliver island-wide via trusted third-party courier services. Courier delivery charges are not collected on the website and must be paid directly to the courier rider upon parcel arrival.
Courier fees are variable and calculated at dispatch based on parcel weight, package dimensions, and courier partner tariffs (Domex, Koombiyo, PromptX): small items (caps, cables, plugs) typically range around Rs. 250 – Rs. 350, standard spare parts Rs. 350 – Rs. 650, and bulky parts or boxed helmets Rs. 650 – Rs. 1,100+.

Payment Methods
Pay online by card (Visa / Mastercard via Genie Business by Dialog), by bank transfer / LankaQR, or with cash or card at our Mawanella shop. Cash on Delivery is coming soon.

Installation
We are not liable for damage from improper part installation.
