At Shantha Motors, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have served Sri Lanka since 1993 and stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds and exchanges for both online and in-store purchases.

01. Your Right to Return

You may return most items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (online orders) or purchase (in-store). To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, uninstalled and in original condition

Packaging

Original labels and accessories must be intact

Proof

Order number or receipt must be provided

Eligibility

Must not be on the non-returnable list

⚠️ Motorcycle parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned under any circumstances.

02. Non-Returnable Items

Any part that has been installed on a vehicle
Electrical components (CDI, Regulators, Coils)
Lubricants, oils, and fluids once opened
Gaskets, seals, and O-rings once opened
Items damaged due to improper installation
Special order or custom sourced items
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Items without original packaging

03. Damaged or Wrong Items

We take full responsibility if we send you a wrong or damaged item. If this happens, please follow our rapid response protocol:

Send photos of damage via WhatsApp

Free collection & replacement sent

Step 4

Full refund if stock unavailable

WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval

We will review and confirm eligibility within 1-2 business days.

Send the Item

Pack securely and send to No 51, Courts Road, Mawanella, Sri Lanka. Keep courier receipt.

Inspection

We inspect the item within 2 business days of receiving it.

05

Refund Issued

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

6. Exchanges

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand. We liaise with manufacturers on your behalf for all claims.
