Timing chain 25H84L DID Japan CD100/CD90b/Benly/Splendor/Passion/Mahendra is a timing (cam) chain for the Hero Splendor, Hero Passion, Honda CD100 and Honda Benly, made by DID (Japan).
It links the crankshaft to the camshaft so the valves open and close in time with the piston.
Replace it when the engine rattles from the top, the chain is visibly stretched, or the tensioner has reached its limit.
Count the links or check the old chain number before ordering, and fit a new tensioner if the old one is worn.
